Ichun "Jingo" Chen and Kuang-Shen Chen Memorial Scholarship for the Deaf

In order to broaden participation and encourage new applicants, starting December 2006,
the Chen Scholarship fund will not consider applicants who had received the award in past years.

• Application must be received by: January 15 of Every Year
  
• Eligibility: Must be deaf, between 12 to 30 years old
  
• Scholarship Amount: $500 - $2,000 per recipient
  
• Number of Awards: 5 to 10 per year, 80% will be awarded to applicants from Taiwan, 20% for other parts of the world
